Organizations use roadmap as a tool for variety of strategic objectives and the reason of this, is the diversity of approaches and techniques in this field. Roadmap helps companies, industries and organizations to map what they need to do to succeed in the future. Planning for supply appropriate human resources for the organization's future is one of the key and strategic decisions making for the organizations. In general, the purpose of succession planning is the preparation of talented individuals within the organization, to fill key, delicate and strategic jobs. Therefore, planning to build an integrated model to replace the old forces in any organization is inevitable. Therefore, in this paper we have tried to draw a comprehensive roadmap for the implementation of the succession planning as a roadmap for the survival of the organization, as well. A case study in this paper is the Iranian Gas Transmission Company, district 3 and with respect to the company's strategic importance to the country from different aspects affecting the sustainable growth, the development of roadmap for the future of this organization has been on the agenda. Data collection based on experts' comments and by using the Delphi process was conducted. Without a proper structure and leadership style, using this source is not possible. An appropriate leadership style and structure can not only create competition for the creation of new knowledge but also by providing suitable cooperation condition, can create conditions for sharing created knowledge. Therefore this study, investigates the effective organizational elements as well as the results of cross-functional coopetition, in small and medium size industries. The study was causal and statistical sample is 165 employees and managers working in companies located in the industrial areas of Kerman city and the tool for data collection is questionnaire. Reliability for Conservative leadership, participative leadership, formalization, centralization, cross-functional coopetition and knowledge integration mechanisms is obtained 0/81, 0/70, 0/72, 0/70, 0/91 and 0/84 respectively. The results indicate that the conservative leadership and formalization impact on cross-functional coopetition but participative leadership and centralization have no effect on cross-functional coopetition. Despite the emphasis made over the importance of this topic, it has not been much within the spot light of experts inside the country; as the result there is no accurate cognition over the phenomenon. The current study, due to the existing knowledge gap and its important application in the domain being studied, explores contents of emotional labor dimensions in nurses; since a special goal out of HRM practices must be developed to create and preserve desired organization’s emotions, the second aim for this paper is studying the impact of HRM practices on contents of these dimensions.
In the qualitative, all exemplar nurses of Mashhad’s public hospitals were interviewed by purposeful sampling; and the analysis was conducted through Colaizzi method. In quantitative, a questionnaire was distributed among 130 experienced nurses; and the analysis was conducted through confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and AMOS software.
Finally, in qualitative, in surface acting, 5 subcategories in 2 categories “emotional mask and emotional deal”; and in deep acting, 15 subcategories in 5 categories “emotional withdrawal, emotional empathy, emotional arousal, emotional sharing, and emotional reflection” emerged. In this paper, first we introduce the concept of strategic innovation and strategic entrepreneurship, then explain the conceptual model of strategic entrepreneurship impact on strategic innovation. Statistical society of this research, is knowledge-based companies of Science and technology park of Boushehr. However, many manufacturing firms do not pay much attention to such issues. This paper was mainly aimed at investigating the role of agile manufacturing in improving organizational productivity. To this end, a number of employees at Moghan Wire &amp; Cable Company were selected as the study sample. The research was an applied cross-sectional survey. Simple random sampling was used to select 134 managers, specialists and employees familiar with agile manufacturing at Moghan Wire &amp; Cable Company. After identifying productivity and agile manufacturing indicators, a questionnaire was designed. The questionnaire’s validity was confirmed by professors and a group of experts at Moghan Wire &amp; Cable Company. Cronbach’s alpha was used to evaluate the questionnaire’s reliability. The questionnaire’s Cronbach’s alpha was 0.90. Descriptive and inferential statistics were applied to analyze the collected data and find the relationships between the variables. The analyses were performed using SPSS 20 and SmartPLS 2. In today’s world, the development of food industry market from one hand and increase in competitiveness among firms and customers’ expectations, on the other hand, have persuaded food companies to generate a strong brand in today’s competitive markets. The present research is aimed at studying and examining the effect of brand distinctiveness and performance on brand competitiveness through the mediating role of technological opportunism among super exporter firms of food industry products. Data gathering instrument was a standard questionnaire whose face validity for validity purpose and Cronbach alpha coefficient for its reliability were examined. This study is practical in aim and descriptive-survey in data gathering procedure. To test the research hypotheses and to confirm the conceptual model, structural equation modeling was used. This paper is aimed to choose the most proper Excellence patterns to be employed to realize the excellence goals in progressive organizations. For this study, not only we studied the literature of research, but also we employed Fuzzy Delphi technique to filter and select superior excellence patterns. The conducted idea analysis was filtered during two steps using Cheng &amp; Lin approach.
    The study population was comprised of 30 industry experts and university faculties. In order to study and analyze, 12 excellence patterns were selected from different fields including human resources, training, ethics, and knowledge management from which 5 excellence models were chosen after filtering experts' opinions. It is considered that through this process, the excellence path for organizations will be defined and will make them capable to take actions in order to realize the excellence goals in much shorter period of time

What is important in these companies is ERP system implementation, so in this research we provide a model for successful ERP implementation by using its critical success factors in ERP life cycle. Therefore, study population in this research is small and medium companies based in the industrial city of Rasht Sefidrud taken into account that the number of respondents included 166 patients and for analysing the results by using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results obtained confirm the factors to company's strategy (transparent goals), accuracy of information and knowledge management, organizational structure (organizational readiness), experience, knowledge and expertise of the members of the project team and the support and participation of senior managers in step pre implementation, and approve all contributing factors is in during ERP implementation. For data gathering, 17 questionnaires are distributed among people with executive background or related working experience. The results show that the effective factors were classified in four levels. the most influencing factors are related to "commitment and support of management", "financial support" and "access to data, information and required knowledge", " appropriate participation of people ", "proper facilator" and " Accepting roadmapping ". The methodology of this research is descriptive-survey-correlation and it is aimed at applied research. The population of the research staff of the University of Science and Technology is a high school diploma or higher. The sample size was calculated using the Cochran 270. Sampling in this study was stratified random sampling. Library and field research data were collected in two parts, Walton's QWL model and evaluate the performance of two organizations with a research design was used. Prshnamh reliability using Cronbach's methods The more Tyb 907/0 and 890/0, respectively and the validity of the method has been validated using expert opinions To analyze the data, Pearson correlation test using LISREL is used.
The main hypothesis of this study, the relationship between quality of work life and organizational performance Based on the results obtained in this study was confirmed.Based on the findings, the quality of working life in the layers in order on financial, learning and development, internal processes and client layers organizational performance had the greatest amount of influence Based on these results the organization should plan on financial topics and learning and growth Azparamtrhay quality of work life The payment of fair and sufficient and ongoing growth opportunity and security conditions improve staff productivity and provide organizational performance.

One of the most critical steps after the disaster is to evacuate healthy victims to shelters from disaster areas.
We propose a mixed integer linear mathematical programming model to provide the routing and scheduling of relief vehicles with possibility of servicing to healthy people in the each disaster area by several relief vehicles, the possibility of getting service from the each shelter by several relief vehicles, several crisis centers, the number and capacity constraint for each vehicle, capacity constraint for each shelter and time windows constraint to get to relief vehicles to disaster areas and shelters. The objective of the model is to minimize total time to get to relief vehicles to the disaster areas and shelters.

Method: this is a correlative-applied research. statistical population of the research includes all faculty members with managerial positions in academic year 2015-2016 in Valiasr University of Rafsanjan. The number of them is 61 persons. The statistical population has been studied as the sample. Data were gathered by standard questionnaires of assertiveness (Gambrel &amp; Richy) and empathy (Davis). Data were analyzed by descriptive and infrential statistics.Findings: results of data analysis suggest that there is no significant relationship between managers’ assertiveness and viewpoint and between amount of imagination and empathetic attention and there is relationship between managers’ assertiveness and personal distress.Conclusion: results of the research suggest that there is no relationship between assertiveness of faculty members with managerial positions and dimensions of empathy. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention strictly to these dimensions in behaviors of managers. The research method is descriptive-survey and is based on cross-sectional data. The questions are descriptive and hypotheses are relational. The main question of the research involves how the integrated model of development of human resources based on Islamic-Iranian model of progress in the ministries of Iran is. The population mean test was used to test the hypotheses and Friedman test was used to prioritize variables. Thirteen hypotheses were defined based on the models of previous studies. The population of the study includes all vice presidents and directors of human resources development who are at service for the year ended in 1395 in the selected governmental ministries. The findings of the hypotheses testing indicate the confirmation of all the variables influencing the research model. According to the results of the confirmatory factor analysis, from the organizational perspective factors like organizational justice, cross-organizational factors, training, hardware factors of the working environment, indigenousness of the model, knowledge management, national factors and software factors of the working environment and from individual perspective factors like faith-centeredness and engagement of the employees are effective on the development of human resources based on Islamic-Iranian approach of progress.
