Abstract :
The purpose of this study is providing comprehensive model of entrepreneurial teams composition in start-ups. This research with systematic review and meta-synthesizes method has excluded 56 article and comparing with other team composition model has provided a comprehensive model for entrepreneurial team composition in startups with 4 main factor: heterogeneity, aggregated member characteristics, structure and turnover
