        Growing older is affecting on the size and composition of the workforce that has an important role in economic growth .the Countries with low or declining fertility rates, facing with a very little or maybe decrease in labor supply. Reduce in the number of employees may have negative effects on economic growth and public welfare at the macro level. In the institutes' level, this object features itself in the different area such as increasing insurance costs, absence from a workplace, increasing wage costs and also at growing disjoins rate and losing knowledge. In this paper, we first survey the workforce composition trends in Iran. Then with surveying impacts of this object in Institute's performance with using logic of balanced scorecard model and drew the dynamic relation between structures and surveying the impacts of this changes and expresses a strategic overview at organization's human resources focused on composition of the workforce.         This study has been implemented aimed to investigate the effect of training on quality of work life and work performance among employees Iran University of Science and Technology. In order to achieve this target statistical population (all employees Iran University of Science and Technology) which were 1180, have divided into 3 groups; service staff, administrative staff and professors. And of these, 500 employees that randomly selected from a list of employees, responded to the survey questionnaire. Research method is Correlation and questionnaires used in the survey includes: Quality of work life questionnaire (with 27 questions) components are designed based on the quality of work life, Casio Merton’s and Training questionnaire (with 19 questions) and performance assessment questionnaire (with 12 questions). To assess the reliability are used Cronbach's alpha and SPSS software, Where was obtained; reliability coefficient of performance assessment questionnaire 0/84, Reliability coefficients quality of work life questionnaire 0/88 and Reliability coefficient of training method 0/79. In order to analyze data and determine the relationship between the three variables, we used correlation test and to check whether or not a significant difference was used analysis of variance. This study indicates that "the relationship between quality of work life and performance of staff is significant in level of 0/014 with training staff. The main results of this study indicated an inverse relation between the level of education of employees and their willingness to learn. Manuscript profile

        According to the Iran vision "Iran is a country in the first place developed economy, science and technology in Southwest Asia with emphasis on the software and knowledge production" The content analysis, analysis focusing on meaning,Focus groups and interview are methods . First, Indexes of cultural, economic, social, political, scientific, and fiscal, in comprehensive 2100 indexes were identified. After analysis, 1178 indexes was extracted, then these indexes were classified in 20 categories and among these indexes 313 indexes were considered based on analysis focusing on meaning. Finally, using focus groups of indices based on related to wisdom axial, 40 indexes identified and ranked based on the frequency of each one.Wisdom axial consisting of three layers including a wise man, a wise organization and a wise community.It seems that the findings of this study can be used as a powerful means, to measuring the Wisdom axial in Science and Technology sectors in respect to Iran Vision Plan. The purpose of medium term production planning is optimum usage of human resource, equipment, and capacity to meet demand during a given period. Always, in the organizations, there are multiple and sometimes conflicting goals in planning. On the other hand, production planning models should be designed so that to be able to deal with uncertainty and lack of information. Grey goal programming technique is the way that not only consider multiple and conflicting goals but also it is able to deal with uncertainty and lack of information.         The purpose of this study is examining the influential factors in the creation of brand equity in higher education. The population of the present research is students at the under graduate level at the university of Payame Noor at Tehran campus. Self-administered questionnaire was utilized for data collection from 423 students and ultimately the data gained from 304 students by applying Spss18 and Amos18 software was analyzed. The research findings indicate that among the elements of brand awareness dimension in research model, publicity has a direct and significant effect on university brand equity. Further, among brand image dimensions, perceived value and after sale services belonging to service attributes, brand personality belonging to symbolic attributes and finally international reputation element from provider attributes have the positive effects on Payame Noor University brand image. Thus, with regard to the results, service attributes and provider attributes have the most as along with the least influence on brand equity respectively. Moreover, some practical implications in order for promoting the brand equity of Payame Noor University are presented. Manuscript profile
