Cultural-Educational Teaching Strategy in monotheistic education from Quran perspective In monotheistic education, human being has the power to choose, so is talented to learn deep insights, guides and to strengthen attitudes and toflourish innate talents. And the prophet's emphasis on moral strengthening (majlesi 6 p382) represents a person reaching the wisdom and perfection through the talent development, which is the most important aim of creation and mission. According to this basis, education fits the teachers' physical, mental, social characteristics. In this way, as education becomes qualitive and learning becomes deep, theoretical content of courses will become spiritual and educational, which not only trains the teachers mind, but it also changes his or her views to the universe. Therefore, Cultural-Educational Strategy Scheme for Teaching Courses according toIslam and its enriched culture, promotes the teachers educational roles and creates a relation between science and religion, education and worldview. As a result teachers get to know the courses content according to their religion's culture and in monotheistic worldview. For this purpose, by organizing educational messages in the content of courses and making them effective with the help of teachers, and appropriate context and background will be provide to teach and educate according to Iranian-Islamic pure culture. Quran introduces the prophet as the symbol of humans' insight and attitudes (ahzab33،21،) and believes monotheistic training an effective way to recognize right and wrong and believes it to have deep understanding and insight (anfal،298) it also introduces prophets two main aims as purification and teaching (AllOmran163،3) and these two aims are combined for a more important goal (anaam10،162) that all things are for monotheistic worldview through spiritual education. In this kind of culture, any insight is just a science, but any science is not and insight. Manuscript profile

In this modern world, considering expansion of competition and lack of resources, everybody knows the importance of measuring of productivity and decomposition of it. Although assigned about 2.8% of value added and 8.5% of employment of large manufacturing industries, the textile industry has not respected more attention. The main goal of this paper is measuring and analyzing of individual and total factor productivity in textile manufacturing industries during period of 1994-2007. For this purpose, after extraction of production factors (labor, capital stock, material and energy), it is measured individual productivity indexes in form of quotient of value added and each of production factors. It is also computed total factor productivity via divisia index and Tornqvist function. The results show that labor productivity has grown annually 4.4% because of labor decrease especially in large firms. However capital productivity has decreased less in the studying period. On the other hand, productivity of electricity consumption and material has decreased annually 1.7% and 1.9% respectively. Total factor productivity index has grown annually 0.6% in average and this improvement mainly has achieved via labor productivity. The econometric model for decomposition of total factor productivity in the textile manufacturing industries has confirmed the positive impacts of production values, per capita wages, percentage of small firms and government expenditures. It has also confirmed the negative impacts of foreign material dependency and working only in expert field. Manuscript profile

Abstract Portfolio selection is one of the most important areas in financial decision-making; A portfolio of stocks that could bring the highest rate of return and the lowest risk investment for its owner simultaneously. However in choosing the most prefered portfolio just these factors are not decisive and according to the economic environment, many factors can affect this process which should be employed. Therefore, these diversity of factors, bring to the limelight the importance of multi-criteria decision-making approaches. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is one of this approaches. The main purpose of this paper is comparing the traditional DEA approaches to a new proposed algorithm. In traditional approaches simply assumed that return to scale is constant or variable. This simplification may cause large errors. In the new algorithm by analyzing the behavior of return to scale, appropriate model will be used. As a case study, the models have been solved with real data belonging to Tehran stock exchange and the results have been analyzed. Manuscript profile

Abstract Projects are planned based on estimated amounts that are the result of having little information about the future plans. According to the uncertainty of planning, time delays and costs of uncertainty are inevitable. The main objective of this study is to present a new approach based on failure mode and effects analysis and fuzzy logic to identify the affecting risks on duration of projects and ranking them using Kepland technique. In addition, in this research Shannon entropy is used for calculation of the weights of indexes. So after the study of related researches as well as through interviews and Delphi technique, some risks were identified. Then, based on three indicators of risk in the FMEA (severity, probability of occurrence, probability of detection), three questionnaire was prepared and their validity was confirmed by experts and reliability was calculated by Cronbach coefficient using SPSS software. The population of the study is 22 managers and experts that work on Debal Khazaei Company. Using triangular fuzzy numbers, the verbal variables of questionnaires became fuzzy numbers. Shannon entropy is used for calculation of weight of each index. Then, using decision making methods, ELECTRE TAXONOMY, TOPSIS and SAW, the risks are ranked. Finally, because of the relative difference of ranking in different techniques, Kapland technique is used to combine the results. TO help for developing the strategies of responding to the risks, some suggestions are presented. The contribution of this research is the simultaneous use of FMEA and Shannon's entropy to analisys the importance of risks and the ranking of them using Kepland technique. Manuscript profile

ABSTRACT The present paper aims at presenting an incorporative fuzzy approach towards evaluating of performance using Balanced Scorecard (BSC). To do so, first, based on the data collected from evaluating the components of strategic management, main objectives, key factors of success, and performance evaluation indices are identified. Next, using TOPSIS fuzzy method, the indices are prioritized and ranked so the indices with the highest impact on performance evaluation are identified and classified in the form of balanced scorecards. 29 people from among the elite, chiefs and key experts filled out a questionnaire, in order to achieve the goals of the study. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed through the experts, and its reliability was defined using Cronbach's alpha (0.89%). At the end, the proposed model was executed in a branch of Saderat Bank in Tehran. The application of the improvisations resulted in the improvement in almost all defined indices, i.e., the Total Performance Index for the studied organization was 72.38% by April, 2015 (based on the last three months prior to that), which was raised to reach 79.16% three months after executing the model (the end of July, same year). Paying due attention to customer’s feelings about the product, Kansei engineering is one of the most appropriate methods to improve the quality of product and customer’s satisfaction. In addition to introducing Kansei engineering and its relevant techniques, this paper was aimed at translating feelings and emotional impacts on the design parameters. Reviewing the literature through interviewing Merident Toothpaste customers, 83 Kansei words representing customer’s feelings about the product were identified. After screening, 23 words influencing customer’s feelings were divided into three parts including natural features, apparel ones, and controllable factors in order to obtain more rational coefficients of importance in ANP method. Using ANP and DIMATEL methods, then the Kansei words were graded by the experts of organization; consequently, natural features were considered more important. Employing ANP method in the next step, Merident Toothpaste was compared with the similar products manufactured by 3 main competitors to investigate the advantages and disadvantages with respect to the opinions of customers. Eventually, the final weight and importance of criteria were determined. Manuscript profile

In the recent decades extensive studies have been conducted about compiling a desired model of governance in the deferent countries. These type of studies have been conducted to identify and measure the quantity, quality and know-how the public policy and administration of affaires. Deferent approaches have been applied regarding governance. Unfortunately there is not a suitable model in the Islamic republic of Iran for administration of affaires although there are a three decades of knowledge experiences accumulation about compiling governmental documents and macro public policy making. This research aimed at identifying and illustrating conceptual explanation of governance and the characteristics of I.R.I. In this research it has been tried to make a comparison and integration between deferent theories to deliver a conceptual model of governance. Then efforts have been made to indigenization of the model regarding to the conditions and requirements of I.R.I. Based on the governmental documents including constitution, 1404 vision of the country and the general policies of first to sixth development plans; the dimensions, categories, indices and characteristics of the government model have been explained. Research Findings show that governmental documents not only have concentrated on the main points and indices of good governance but also have paid a big attention to the governance theory. The comprehensiveness of findings, based on the study of governmental documents by the conceptual model of governance, show the obvious failure of the total analogy of governance by the good governance approach. Finally it is recommended to the country’s researchers to use experiences offered by this research and try to improve the governance theory of I.R.I. Manuscript profile

Network of collaborators is the most important approach of organizations in CoPS R&D projects conduction as completing such projects requires specific resources and is beyond the capabilities of a single organization. Obviously the capabilities of the network of collaborators have a significant role in mentioned collaboration. So in this paper fundamental indicator of those capabilities were firstly specified by literature review. Secondly final indicators were selected using survey of experts of a CoPS producing company. Thirdly these indicators were classified in components by expert survey and using SEM in LISREL software. These components encompass collaborators competency (incorporating knowledge and skillfulness, keeping up to date, complying to standards and financial ability), task performance capability (incorporating project quality, time and responsibility during and after project completion) and adaptability (incorporating accordance to values, time and flexibility in deliverables). The results of hypothesis tests illustrate that competency has a significant and positive impact on task performance and the latter has a similar impact on adaptability but there is no direct and significant correlation between competency and adaptability while there exists an indirect one. Regarding the importance of CoPS in providing the organization with technological capability and the differences existing between these systems and mass products, it is essential to develop a model to collaborate on CoPS R&D. Exploitation of the capabilities of the network of collaborators is a desirable option due to inability of the organization in providing the resources comprising finance, human, facilities and expertise. Reviewing the literature on CoPS and technological collaboration incorporating the kind and motivations of collaborators and organizational forms of collaboration and interviewing 18 experts of the organization, a model was developed based on TRL approach and fuzzy cognitive mapping tool. Considering the model developed, the steps of project is classified into 3 categories: Green(able to be collaborated in network), Yellow (able to be collaborated on condition) and red (unable to be collaborated). The role of the members of the network and the strategy of collaborating with them is specified as follows: R&D contract with universities and consulting agents, Educational acquisition with faculty members, outsourcing the projects intended as military service compensation, and R&D contract or research funding with knowledge-based institutions. On the other hand, the position of technology developing and designing centers is specified employing the national innovation system as an upper hand document. Validity of model is proven by checklist of good theories. Manuscript profile

Identifying the factors affecting the performance, risk and price of banks is important both from the perspective of shareholders and depositors and from the perspective of active elements in the market. Given that the financial market consists of the two main pillars of the money market and the capital market, the most important task of the capital market is to attract scattered capital and its optimal allocation to units that move both for economic development and to maintain the expected interests of investors. Therefore, banks, as the engine of financing the economy, are of special importance for other enterprises active in the economy, both for the government and for the banks themselves. Accordingly, identifying the factors and indicators affecting performance and profitability, risk management, as well as changes in their stock prices, both in terms of bank management and from a macroeconomic point of view, can guide the economy and governments. On the other hand, given that the main activity of banks is to provide facilities and loans to applicants, proper management of banking challenges and improving the factors affecting the efficiency and effectiveness of banking resources, can move the economic cycle in the right direction. Accordingly, the researcher analyzed the information of 11 banks in the 9-year period from 2009 to 2017 to assess the impact of management ability, political relations and financial crises on performance improvement, risk management and falling prices of banks listed on the stock exchange. Tehran Stock Exchange paid. The results of the analysis of hypotheses in three parts show that first, the ability to manage has no significant effects on any of the performance indicators of banks, including return on assets, return on capital, growth rate of shared income and growth rate of non-shared income, as well as management ability on liquidity risk effects. It is significant, but it does not affect credit, operational and bankruptcy risk. Finally, the ability to manage has not affected the risk of falling stock prices of banks. Second, political relations have only a positive and significant effect on the growth rate of shared income and have no significant effects on return on assets, return on capital and growth rate of non-shared income. Also, political relations have significant effects on liquidity risk and bankruptcy, but on risk. Credit and operations are not affected. Finally, political relations have not affected the risk of falling stock prices of banks. Third, financial crises only have a positive and significant effect on the growth rate of shared income and have no significant effects on return on assets, return on capital and growth rate of non-shared income. Also, financial crises have significant effects on credit risk, liquidity and bankruptcy. Does not affect operational risk Finally, financial crises have a statistically significant effect on the risk of falling stock prices of banks. Manuscript profile
