        Agility is a series of capabilities and competencies, which can cause survival and growth of the organization in business environment. One of the approaches that help organizations to enhance agility is electronic human resource management (E-HRM) approach. The main objective of the present study is finding an answer for this issue that how one can use E-HRM approach to develop organizational agility. In this study that has been conducted using survey method, after review of foreign and domestic research literature and construction of conceptual model, a questionnaire would be provided and distributed among employees of bank branches of Bushehr City in Iran and finally, collected data from 315 questionnaires would be analyzed using structural equation modeling method. Obtained results from the study confirm the presented conceptual model and indicate that using E-HR, Electronic payment of human resources, human resources maintenance and electronic performance appraisal of human resources and also electronic human resource management (E-HRM) can affect organizational agility significantly in confidence level of 99%. In addition, effect of variables of Electronic employment of human resources and human resource communications on organizational agility has not been confirmed. Manuscript profile

        Market's condition is changeable and this condition force businesses to adopt themselves with new situation, technology and value propositions. In the today competitive environment, organizations try to imitate innovation from competitors, so innovation and continuous improvement is necessary for success of organizations, therefore strategic innovation is an important issue. Strategic innovation is about creation of new markets and leaps in customer value and reshaping the existing markets to achieve value improvements for customers. On the other hand, strategic entrepreneurship results from the integration of entrepreneurship and strategic management knowledge. Objective of strategic entrepreneurship is making continuous competitive advantages that lead to wealth creation. In this paper, first we introduce the concept of strategic innovation and strategic entrepreneurship, then explain the conceptual model of strategic entrepreneurship impact on strategic innovation. Statistical society of this research, is knowledge-based companies of Science and technology park of Boushehr. According to the results obtained from testing this model, the main hypothesis of this study confirm that the result shows a positive and significant relationship between strategic entrepreneurship and strategic innovation in the organization.         the purpose of this study is to examine the impact of strategic human resource management on Innovation Capacity. this research method is descriptive survey experts knowledge -based firms in Bushehr province that 72 experts was selected by simple random sampling. In order to analyse the data SPSS and Smart PLS software were used. The results showed that knowledge-based firms in Bushehr province in terms of strategic roles of human resources and capacity for innovation and other components are above average and have an acceptable situation. Other findings show that the strategic management of human resources has a positive impact on innovation capacity and the strategic management of human resources through organizational learning impact on innovation capacity as well as.         In today's competitive world, innovation is considered as a prerequisite for the survival of organizations. It is possible through human resources. In fact, the intellectual capital and human resources of the organization are one of the richest resources, which can bring growth and development for organization with the power of their thinking and innovation. Hence, the organization's access to innovation will be possible only through human resources and motivation of its employees. One of the factors, which can motivate employees to motivate, is providing psychological well-being and comfort for human resources by organizations. Thus, the objective of this study is to evaluate the employees' psychological well-being and its effect on motivating the employees to innovate. The present study is an applied research in terms of the objective and correlational type of descriptive-survey research in terms of data collection method. The research population included petrochemical companies operating in Bushehr province. Sampling was used due to large size of the research population. Data were collected using questionnaire. The validity of the data collection tool was confirmed through content validity and its reliability was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha method. The research questionnaire was provided to 315 employees of the petrochemical companies of Bushehr province. The structural equation method was used for analyzing the data in this study. The results of this study revealed a positive and significant effect on all of the six dimensions of psychological well-being such as autonomy, self-esteem, environmental domination, personal growth, having goal life, and positive relationships with others on motivating the employees to innovate.         Background: Nowadays different social systems are facing complex and developmental challenges, changes are happening very fast and new forms of conflict are appearing. One of the approaches used by organizations to deal with increasing challenges is entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship in an organization is the result of effective management in the company. Objective: A study on the effect of Human resource management practice on the Intrapreneurship with its as a mediating role on for Employee Empowerment. Methodology: The methodology used in this research is practical and data collection is descriptive _ survey based. Statistical Population includes state company managers and supervisors located in the city of Bushehr and random sampling selection is used. 163 surveys were collected. In order to the literature of the research and to design the utility model; in data collection, the researcher has used libraries method and used internet scientific search engine and based on that, the theoretical foundation for the project is prepared. At last, the questionnaire which is some sort of the whole five-item Likert approach is used. Findings: As a whole 15 project hypotheses, two hypotheses weren’t approved and the rest are at the level of 95 percent assurance and given the reported statistical scale t, critical level of 1/96 was approved. Conclusion: The results show that compensation, practical management, instruction and work relationships with its role as a medium for the competency, meaning and impact the Intrapreneurship, even though employment and self-determination won’t influence the variable Intrapreneurship.         Background: One of the types of purchases that today is an important social issue is the on compulsive buying that is the dark side of consumer behavior. Compulsive buyer try to hide their shopping activities because they are afraid that others will consider them to be the ones who are constantly buying. This disorder along with initial pleasure, is usually associated with feelings of guilt and regret. Aim: The main goal of this study is to measure the effect of well-known advertisers on compulsive buying. In this research, the role of the level of consumer awareness, tendency to fashion and self-confidence as a moderator has been studied. Methodology: The current study is an applied research and regarding data collection is descriptive. The population in the present study includes all the young buyers of goods in the shops of the city of Bushehr who were chosen via non-random availability method. 385 questionnaires were evaluated. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze research data. The collected data was analyzed using the SPSS version 19 and Smart PLS softwares. Smart PLS is one of methods of the structural equation modeling Conclusions: The results this study show well-known affirmation of advertising has a positive and significant effect on materialism. Also, increasing materialism will also increase compulsive buying. In this study, the effect of consumer awareness on materialism was confirmed, but its moderator role was not confirmed. In addition, the moderating effect of low level of involvement in the relationship of consumer’perception and impulse buying was also confirmed, while the moderating effects of consumer’mood and time pressure in the relationship of consumer’ perception on the impulse buying was not confirmed. Findings showed that increasing mood tends to increase compulsive buying, and reducing self-esteem leads to an increase in compulsive buying. But the moderating role of the two was not confirmed. The innovation of this research is the contribution of this research to measuring the impact of each of the materialist variables, using well-known advertisers in advertising, self-confidence, awareness and willingness to consumer fashion on compulsive shopping.
