The subject of pricing in the oil market has undergone changes as the market evolves over time. Today, PRA reporting to private institutions that disseminate information, and especially prices in the world oil market, play an important role in determining the price of oil in the physical and paper markets. Concerns over the activities of these institutions have led to the formation of oversight bodies. However, the question remains as to what is the appropriate model for the interaction of price reporting institutions and supervisory bodies in a way that results in a more efficient oil pricing mechanism. The purpose of the present study is to review the theoretical foundations of the activities of price reporting institutions and supervisory institutions, using a data-base theory and using the opinions of experts in global oil markets, to provide a model for the relationship of these actors. Following the implementation of the foundation's data strategy, 60 concepts were constructed, categorized into 7 sub-categories and 4 main ones. At the theoretical coding stage, a conceptual model was developed for the relationship between supervisory bodies and price reporting institutions. Manuscript profile

Public trust in government todays faces serious and increasing challenges which have doubled the necessity of trying to influence its future trend. This study has been done with foresight approach and aims to identify strategic factors affecting the future of public trust in Islamic Republic of Iran on the horizon 2045. This research in terms of nature is descriptive-analytical and methodologically is based on mixed approach (qualitative-quantitative). Therefore, after conducting library studies and literature review and interviews with experts, a list of effective factors of public trust in Islamic Republic of Iran by using Delphi method was found and then these factors were minimized from 58 to 15 items. Then, by using structural analysis and the Cross-Impact Matrix was designed and by forming a panel consisting 11 experts and gathering their opinions about these factors, necessary data were entered into the matrix. By analyzing collected data, the influence of each factor was evaluated in MICMAC software. According to the results of this research, five factors including "combating corruption", "transparency", "not preferring of individual interests on public interest", "realization of social justice", and "honesty and integrity of the authorities" were identified as strategic effective factors on the future of public trust in Islamic Republic of Iran. The statistical population of the study is dairy companies in Iran in which 82 managers of the company were analyzed as a sample. The non-probability and available sampling method and data collection tool was a questionnaire. Structural equation modeling and SmartPLS software were used to analyze the data. The research findings show that market pressures and suppliers are effective in accepting green supply chain management in the dairy industry. In addition, it was found that the adoption of green supply chain management in the dairy industry has an impact on environmental, operational and economic performance. This study aims to identify the factors of e-marketing of commercial organizations that strengthen this type of alignment. The statistical population of this study includes Iranian companies which are active in the field of digital marketing and have received the Enemad. The number of samples was determined via a random sampling method and using the Morgan table as 384 samples. The research data were collected through questionnaires that were provided to managers and e-marketing and planning experts in these companies by e-mail and Google Form. Questionnaire items were designed in two sections: the first one examined the alignment factors in the company, and the second one surveyed the results of its performance through a balanced scorecard. Replied questionnaire analysis was performed using SPSS and Lisrel software. The research method in this study is quantitative and survey. Using the SEM method, a conceptual model for e-marketing alignment and grand strategies of commercial organizations has presented. Performance measurement of organizations that have used alignment factors with the balanced scorecard method in 73% of cases shows better results than other organization. Manuscript profile

In order to assess the risk of exploration and development of oil and gas fields, which is mentioned as one of the ‎most important determining parameters in the economic development of oil- countries, an expert system using ‎the inference fuzzy system approach was designed. First, the system inputs, which are in fact the characteristics ‎of risk assessment for the exploration and development of oil and gas fields, were extracted. In continuation, ‎the knowledge base of the system, the most important part of which is considered to be in the form of if-then ‎rules and based on the opinions of experts in the upstream part of the oil industry. To do this, the degree of ‎system accuracy is measured in two stages based on expert comments. Based on the Likert scale and presenting ‎a questionnaire to the experts, Student's t-test was performed and out of 48 defined indicators, 42 indicators ‎were selected as the final index. In the next step, the data validation of an oil field in the south of the country ‎was provided to the oil industry experts and they were asked to evaluate the output of the system‏.‏‎ Finally, the ‎opinions of experts were compared with the output of the expert system and based on the criterion of mean ‎square error (MSE) and a small difference between the average opinion of experts and the output of the system, ‎it was determined that the designed expert system has sufficient accuracy and validity for future studies.‎ Manuscript profile
