The financial structure is always considered as a major factor responsible for economic growth in a country. Based on various economic theories, there would be a positive relationship between the financial system and economic growth rate. In fact, a country with a better financial system can generate a larger Gross Domestic Product (GDP) which stands for a positive economic growth. However, it should be noted here that in the real world, there is not homogeneity in financial mechanism and economic growth, hence, we cannot completely set theory in the reality. According to this brief state of the problem, the main purpose of this research is exploring the financial structure (i.e. Financial development and financial architecture ) – economic growth nexus through the Panel Cointegraiton approach, FMOLS and Panel LS estimations over 19802011 for eight countries in the MENA region. The empirical findings report clear support for the long run relationship between financial development and economic growth, while do not provide any statistically significant relationship between financial architecture and economic growth. One of issues that managers face is decision about selecting a set of most appropriate projects. Choosing more effective projects and allocating resource optimally is part of strategic decisions in an organization which requires the judgment of specialists in evaluation process. In many cases, judgments of decision makers in evaluation have some uncertainty. Methods which take into account the ambiguity in human judgments accurately would be very desirable. The aim of this research is to propose a suitable approach for evaluation development projects and finally select the most suitable ones, based on qualitative and quantitative indices. Proposed approach takes into account the ambiguity in human judgments by using grey systems theory and vague sets theory which both are the fuzzy sets theory expanded. This hybrid approach would make it possible to select the most appropriate projects based on both qualitative and quantitative indices Manuscript profile

Technology holder countries and organizations seek to sell their technology to less developed ones to achieve profits. Selection appropriate technology transfer (TT) methods may play significant role in obtaining TT projects. Due to the diverse experiences persistent to the field of TT in Iranian Powerhouse Industry, it seems necessary to prioritize appropriate TT methods in order to increase successful and decline failure contingency of future projects. In this investigation, a three phased model including clustering TT methods, prioritizing clusters, and ranking elements in each cluster has been proposed to select appropriate methods of TT. Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) has been utilized to analyze the gathered data of distributed questionnaire among 30 experts. In order to evaluate validity of obtained results once the TT methods have been prioritized by Fuzzy Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (FTOPSIS) method. Successful implementation of e-government in each country requires the model that depends on the objectives, requirements and conditions of the country. The lack of proper planning and adoption will lead to the ignorance of necessities and fail in implementation. Since the different dimensions of government are related to each other, the creation and development of e-government is possible only with balanced development in all aspects. Review of the literature in this area suggests that the e-government maturity models, development models and strategic models, all have seen the evolution of e-government from one dimension; and in the field of stakeholders of e-government services, the focus has been only on the supply side of stakeholders. In this paper by reviewing existing models and stakeholder theories, with a systematic approach that will be adapted from Zachman framework, systematic Framework will be presented for the implementation of integrated e-government system. This systematic framework provides five main dimensions along with its components in five developmental stages for the implementation of e-government. These dimensions are: 1) strategies, values and programs (why and when), 2) partnerships and development of stakeholders (who), 3) data and information (what), and 4) infrastructure (What or where), 5) process (how). Finally, dimensions of the model will be analyzed using a questionnaire, survey of experts and statistical tests. Manuscript profile

Social Network Analysis (SNA) is associated with the mapping and measuring of relationships and flows between people, groups, organizations, etc. Centrality measures in this context are defined to identify the most important actors in social network. One of the main centrality measures is closeness centrality; in this measure a node is more "central" if it is closer to many more nodes than any other node. In this paper, we develop a conceptual framework for defining centrality measures in complex networks. It is to be noted that one of the major limitations of determining centrality measures is concerning with the structure and effects of relations among people, groups or organizations in principle, and largely ignoring psychological attributes of the individuals. Therefore the proposed framework is based on the combination of two approaches: social network analysis and traditional social science approach by considering both structure of relations and individual characteristics. Detecting communities in complex networks is of considerable importance for understanding both the structure and function of the networks and it is necessary to interpret radial centrality measures. Therefore, we propose spectral clustering by determining the best number of communities as a prerequisite stage before finding closeness measures of centrality. Based on the proposed framework, an algorithm to compute the closeness centrality in complex networks is developed. We test the proposed algorithm on Zachary’s karate club network which is considerably used as a benchmark for community detection in a network. Experimental results indicate that the new algorithm is efficient at detecting both good inter-cluster closeness centrality and the appropriate number of clusters. Manuscript profile

Background and objective: The result of “global paradigm shift” is birth of new minds and naturally the emersion of a newly global human world – Class society. Paradigm shifts originate from the change of 9 fold paradigm components (Theology, ontology, anthropology, epistemology, axiology, methodology, deontology, practicism, eventualism). Paradigm shifts are among the most important methods of making fundamental changes in the society. These changes take place in “Background”, “Contents”, and “structure” of the mind. Thus by subtilization and manipulation of " Management of Mind Change “ and using soft tools and soft technology, it is possible to humanize, socialize, civilize, systemize, globalize and lead mankind and societies to desired objectives. In other words, the world is constantly giving birth to new mentalities and interactions; confrontations and dispute of conceptual models in the concrete world. Research methodology and Findings: In this study with the presentation of globalization in modernism and a comparative study of postmodern and divine globalization, the portrait of a postmodern and divine man is extracted in humanist and divine paradigms and it is contemplated and judged by scholars. The type of qualitative research is based on analytical-descriptive study with using comparative text examination and post analysis of collected data libraries. The final result of the study is that mental imperialism attempts to change the constituents of the paradigm overwhelming the mentalities of the target societyin Kurt Lewin’s three step transformation process “Unfreezing-transition-freezing” and comparing it with Dusterandobill’s model (1997) in which the beginning chain of this processis triggering stream of consciousness in minds of scientists, strategists, professors and intellectuals of the subject society Conclusion: According to Imam Ali (AS) in sermon 27 of the noble NahjulBalagahe “No one will be degraded and despicable unless one who has fought against the foe in his homeland” and also based on Imam Khomeini’s order regarding the exportion of “spirituality & revolution” instead of mere defense in homeland, the necessity of soft invasion, adaption of the universal doctrine for soft war in mental peculiarities in enemy’s land in order to prepare the global atmosphere for the emersion of the world’s savior (Aj) has appeared so as to prevent the intrusion of “humanist anti-values” in the public mentality of divine societies and to stop the gradual transition of mental, cultural, values, identity, philosophical, behavioral, and structural models of the Islamic societies in order for the free people of the world such as Muslims and Islamic society not to be compromised by the cultural invasion of the hegemonic system. . In the current study, identification and analysis of the factors affecting the electronic signature effect on the prosperity of the job area between the institutions (case study: oil industry) had been studied. In this study, in order to analyze the resulted data, the descriptive and deductive statistical methods have been used, and the SPSS Software is used in this regard. For choosing the test of the hypotheses, first, the data normality test (Kolmogrov-Smirnov) was used for the calculation. The results of the normality test showed that there is no condition for the equality of the variances and the data are not normal. Therefore, in order to perform the test, the non-parametric tests were used, because the conditions related to the parametric tests were not available. For performing the test of the mean difference between the education and using the digital (electronic) signature, regarding the fact that the education level was in the form of categories, and it was higher than two categories, the one-way variance analysis test was used. To compare the means with each other and to determine the level of the meaningfulness of the differences, Tookie Test was used. Regarding the point that all the persons are inside two categories from the viewpoint of the job backgrounds, the T-Test of the independent groups is used in order to review the job backgrounds of the people. Eventually, the final result of the test of the hypotheses showed that considering all the variables, excluding verifying the identity and being undeniable in the process of job units, the effect of utilizing the electronic signature in juicing up the job in two institutes is too much, and the effect of these two ingredients is lower than the average. Nima system is an integrated system of foreign exchange transactions. Nima is a platform system that has been designed and implemented with the aim of managing the foreign exchange market. In this system, on the supply side, exporters can sell the currency from their exports, and on the demand side, importers can request to buy foreign currency. Identifying effective actors in each of these markets can have a positive impact on the policies of the main market maker of this system, the central bank.Using social networks analysis (SNA) tools can be a good way to achieve this. Since in these networks each of the actors can only have one of the roles of "buyer" or "seller" and there is only the possibility of trading and communication with the opposite role, these networks can be called bipartite networks. As a result, the usual approaches to identifying effective actors for these networks will not be usable. In contrast to standard approaches, we used a weighted projection algorithm to solve this problem. After projectting each of the two networks of foreign exchange supply and demand, four new networks are created, including the network of seller-exporters, buyer exchange offices, buyer importers, and seller exchange offices. Then We will try to make a method to score and rank the nodes. As a result of the implementation of the algorithm, a ranking was provided for the nodes, based on which the node with the highest rank will be the most important node in our network. Finally, in order to make suggestions to the policymaker, by analyzing the results of the ranking, questions about effective market players were answered. Manuscript profile
