        In the turbulent economic environment of the country and taken financial sanctions against the country, the knowledge base economy is one of the solutions out of the downturn and economic growth. Knowledge Based Economy, a new economy where knowledge is the main source of growth and wealth creation. The main driver of Knowledge Based Economy, companies are knowledge base. Knowledge based companies and institutions, corporation institutions in order to synergy of science and wealth, knowledge-based economic development, scientific and economic goals (including the development and application of Invention and Innovation) and the commercialization of research and development (including design and production of goods and services) in the field of high technology and high added value, especially in the production of software is formed. The companies requires for the life and success selected careful planning and appropriate strategies. In this paper, based on previous studies, to evaluate the factors in fluencing the selection of an appropriate strategy to develop the knowledge base of its strategy. The aim of this study was to develop and select right strategy for the success of the Company. Similar studies evaluating external and internal factors such as the management of marketing and sales, finance, human resources, research and development was accomplished by using network analysis (ANP) with Super Decisions software and to prioritize them was discussed.         2 - Determining the Effective Factors of Meetings in the Gas Company of Isfahan Province

        Participation in the meetings devotes a large part of the managers’ time. There are different viewpoints about necessity of the organizational meetings. It is an inevitable fact that the meetings have an important role in the organizations. It is very important to make these meetings effective in line with organizational goals. The employees and managers that are involved in such meetings are who need to have expertise. This is why that the present study was aimed to analyze the factors contributing to the effective meetings in Isfahan Gas Company. The statistical population of this study includes all of the participants in Isfahan Gas Company’s meetings. From 42 effective meetings that have been done in this company, 22 of them have been selected as statistical population with 200 participants. A sample of 127 employees has selected based on Morgan sampling table. In order to collect the research data, a self-administrated questionnaire has been employed. Both face and c ontent validity have been used for examining and confirming validity of the questionnaire. For this purpose, the academics and professional experts from University of Isfahan and Gas Company have been asked to review the questionnaire. Also Cronbachs’ Alpha Coefficient has been employed for examining reliability of the questionnaire. The coefficient of 0.89 confirmed reliability of the questionnaire. Also Kolmogorov-Smirnov test has been employed for examining normal distribution of the research data. The results of this test confirm normal distribution of the research data. Also confirmatory factor analysis has been employed for confirming research model in Amos. In order to answer the research questions, one-sample t test has been used in the SPSS. The results of this study revealed that none of the factors contributing to the effective meetings in this company were not in favorable conditions. Based on the results, planning, pre-meeting preparations, meeting guidance, a nd conclusion are the main factors that were not in favorable conditions. The results of Freedman test indicated that planning is the most important factor and conclusion is the least important one in the effective meeting from participants’ perspective. Finally, the results of analysis of variance (ANOVA) showed that there is not any significant relationship between employees’ demographic characteristics and their contribution to the effective meeting.         The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Green human resource management on the social legitimacy through mediating variable of the social responsibility. This study is applied and the method of data collection, descriptive and correlational and based on the methodology of structural equation modeling. The population consisted of 270 office workers were Esfahan,s Mobarakeh Steel Company has determined that the sample size by simple random sampling based on Grjsy and Morgan table, 159 individuals were determined. A questionnaire to collect information green human resource management and social responsibility are two standard questionnaires Galbraith (2010) and questioning the social legitimacy of a domain and colleagues (2013) were used. To assess the validity of the methods from teachers and experts and content validity using Cronbach's alpha was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaire. Test of hypotheses using structural equation modeling by AMOS software was used. The results of the study showed that green HRM social legitimacy with path (0/49), human resource management, social responsibility Green on a path coefficient (0/69) as well as social responsibility over social legitimacy with path (0/78) impact resulting social responsibility as a mediator in human resource management influence green social legitimacy with path (0/53) is effective. .         Abstract Background: Any organization needs to be evaluated for awareness of the desirability and quality of its activities, especially in complex and dynamic environments. On the other hand, the lack of a system of evaluation and control in a system means that it isn't communicating with the inner and outer environment, which implies that is aged and ultimately the death of the organization. In this regard, the present study was conducted with the aim of designing a performance evaluation model for social security agencies in Isfahan province. The purpose of this research is application and developmental type. Methodology: The population of the present study consisted of all experts and experts in the field of social security, managers, staff and clients of social security agencies of Isfahan province, which reported about 10,300 people in 1398. The research sample was determined using the Morgan table of 373 individuals. Data were gathered by field method and a researcher-made questionnaire was used for data collection. SmartPLS software was used for data analysis and analysis. Results:The findings showed that customers'viewpoint had a significant effect on the evaluation of the overall performance of the brokerage (t=2.291,p<0.01). Also, the effect of headline managers'view on evaluating the overall performance of the brokerage firm (t=1.988,p<0.05) is significant. However, the effect of employee's view on performance evaluation (t=0.242) wasn't significant. Conclusion: According to the results of the research, it can be said that in evaluating the performance of the organization, in addition to employees and management, customers have a significant role.
