        Due to the importance of job satisfaction and its role in the success of the organization, this issue has long been of interest to scholars of management. However, this study tried to measure job satisfaction reports like this one model with fuzzy mathematics and the determinants of job satisfaction Robbins offer. The fuzzy expert system designed in this study, four factors Robbins inputs are as follows: 1- Demanding and challenging work that will rival, 2- the same rights and benefits, 3- good working conditions, 4- good friends and colleagues. The purpose of this research is applied, but the present study is based on work done. Development experts and rules used to form the base of our knowledge, and in the end the system output and the model that job satisfaction is achieved This is done whit using MATLAB software. Finally, the model presented in the state-owned companies with a population of 198 persons and 50 persons out of which the results are as follows.         The purpose of this research is to exploration individual and organizational goals alignment model with emphasis on dominant values in Islamic management. This research is fundamental whit respect of its purpose and descriptive whit respect of data analyzing. Variables and factors affecting on goals alignment have been elicited by library studies and exploratory interviews as basis of Delphi method. In this study Delphi questionnaire constituted with 59 indexes and filled by 25 experts of Hawzah and university.         In this modern world, considering expansion of competition and lack of resources, everybody knows the importance of measuring of productivity and decomposition of it. Although assigned about 2.8% of value added and 8.5% of employment of large manufacturing industries, the textile industry has not respected more attention. The main goal of this paper is measuring and analyzing of individual and total factor productivity in textile manufacturing industries during period of 1994-2007. For this purpose, after extraction of production factors (labor, capital stock, material and energy), it is measured individual productivity indexes in form of quotient of value added and each of production factors. It is also computed total factor productivity via divisia index and Tornqvist function. The results show that labor productivity has grown annually 4.4% because of labor decrease especially in large firms. However capital productivity has decreased less in the studying period. On the other hand, productivity of electricity consumption and material has decreased annually 1.7% and 1.9% respectively. Total factor productivity index has grown annually 0.6% in average and this improvement mainly has achieved via labor productivity. The econometric model for decomposition of total factor productivity in the textile manufacturing industries has confirmed the positive impacts of production values, per capita wages, percentage of small firms and government expenditures.         With increasing cost, complexity and speed of technological changes and global competition, to ensure that technological investment is consistent and aligned to present and future needs of the organization, industry and country has become the most important challenges for policy makers and managers. So, technology management and innovation through a structured and flexible approach such as TRM is necessary. However Road mapping projects implementation and use of its advantages is impossible without identifying and prioritizing of success factors of technology road mapping. The aim of this work is using interpretive structural modeling technique to analyze the affecting factors on the success of technology road mapping. This helps improving technology road mapping process and identifying appropriate organizational policies. For this purpose, we firstly focus on literature review to extraction of technology road mapping success factors. Then, interpretive structural modeling technique is used for revealing the relation between those factors. For data gathering, 17 questionnaires are distributed among people with executive background or related working experience. The results show that the effective factors were classified in four levels. the most influencing factors are related to "commitment and support of management", "financial support" and "access to data, information and required knowledge", " appropriate participation of people ", "proper facilator" and " Accepting roadmapping ". The most influenced factors are "quality of roadmap" and "flexibility for reasonable changes by updating of roadmap"'. Manuscript profile

        Health care services are of the most important operations which are usually done inside teams. This paper aims at identifying and ranking the hospital teams' productivity indices. For this purpose, the effective factors that influence hospital teams' productivity have been identified through literature study as well as experts survey. These factors then have been reduced to 34 criteria using a screening approach and then categorized into 9 main groups. Internal relations among the factors have been examined using statistical tests. We proposed a new ANP-BWM approach combining the analytical network process (ANP) and best-worst method (BWM) to rank the factors. The proposed ranking approach can significantly reduce the number of pairwise comparisons in ANP method. Finally, in the case of Sadjad hospital, 12 nursing teams have been selected and investigated. Results show that “the quality of services” has the most and “the permanent employment” has the least impact on nursing teams’ productivity. Manuscript profile

        Each organization and in general each state, regardless of its activity, size and structure, is trying to improve its performance to the best of its ability to maintain its existence. Many of the criticisms of traditional performance evaluation systems are due to their failure to measure and monitor multiple performance dimensions due to the over-concentration of indices that are lacking in efficiency. In this paper, attention has been paid to the effective components in mapping out the road for improving organizational performance with a special look at the balanced scorecard approach based on resistance policies. Accordingly, a study was conducted to identify the indicators that affect the performance of organizations, and one hundred and fifty identifiers were identified and in the structure of the balanced scorecard developed in the dimensions: 1- Customerism and customer needs 2. Financial empowerment and business Income 3. Main Processes and Support 4. Growth and Learning 5. Effectiveness and Impact on Society 6. Leadership and engagement with business. Then, using the factor analysis method, we reduced the indexes, which resulted in the index output dropping by 91% to 43 indexes. In the next step, after identifying the strategic factors affecting the future conditions of the industrial organizations, we developed the scenarios using the Wizard scenario software.         In a competitive and complex market of higher education, universities must adopt strategies to maintain and improve their competitiveness. They need to create competitive advantage through a unique set of features, and having a unique identity is vital to differentiate and attract students and staff. The purpose of this study was to identify the effective components and design a brand identity model based on the concept of brand DNA in non-governmental universities. Methodology, In terms of purpose, was applied research and exploratory in nature which exclusively was conducted by the systematic grounded theory .The research population includes related academicians and experts of marketing and branding and the managers of universities. The research data were collected through in depth semi structured interviews. Judgmental sampling was used. To determine sample size continued to reach the theoretical saturation. And finally 13 interviews were conducted. Open, axial and selective coding was used to analyze the data. The components of data analysis in 6 main category, 11 main categories and 43 subcategories including causal conditions, contextual conditions internal factors and visual identity, axial phenomenon, intervening conditions, strategies ,outcome were categorized. The findings suggest that having a strong and integrated brand identity in higher education is essential and requires a comprehensive and coherent genetic infrastructure and approach.         Abstract Background: Any organization needs to be evaluated for awareness of the desirability and quality of its activities, especially in complex and dynamic environments. On the other hand, the lack of a system of evaluation and control in a system means that it isn't communicating with the inner and outer environment, which implies that is aged and ultimately the death of the organization. In this regard, the present study was conducted with the aim of designing a performance evaluation model for social security agencies in Isfahan province. The purpose of this research is application and developmental type. Methodology: The population of the present study consisted of all experts and experts in the field of social security, managers, staff and clients of social security agencies of Isfahan province, which reported about 10,300 people in 1398. The research sample was determined using the Morgan table of 373 individuals. Data were gathered by field method and a researcher-made questionnaire was used for data collection. SmartPLS software was used for data analysis and analysis. Results:The findings showed that customers'viewpoint had a significant effect on the evaluation of the overall performance of the brokerage (t=2.291,p<0.01). Also, the effect of headline managers'view on evaluating the overall performance of the brokerage firm (t=1.988,p<0.05) is significant. However, the effect of employee's view on performance evaluation (t=0.242) wasn't significant. Conclusion: According to the results of the research, it can be said that in evaluating the performance of the organization, in addition to employees and management, customers have a significant role.         One of the main concerns and future threats to the economies of developing countries is the performance of pension funds. Today, pension funds are considered by policymakers in the public sector as a good choice for implementing economic programs. Therefore, this study was conducted to identify the factors affecting the success of pension funds. The research method is applied in terms of purpose, which due to the complexity in identifying and extracting the desired components, the qualitative-content analysis method has been used. The study population includes university professors, experts and pension fund managers who were selected to collect information through a semi-structured interview method, which was selected through the available sampling method. Data analysis showed that after ten interviews, categories were formed and reached theoretical saturation. The main achievement of this research is identifying 19 effective factors in 4 main management groups; Technical and specialized; It is external and economic. If these factors are taken into consideration in the formulation of policies and policies of the country, the disruption in the national economy and its dependence can be reduced and controlled by the planned programs.         Changing employee behavior is a common challenge for many organizations. When employees deviate from expected behavior, it can be seen as a form of human behavioral entropy, making it difficult to predict their actions. Entropy is a degree of disorder in any system that increases over time according to the second law of thermodynamics. Disturbances may also occur in human behavior when human behavior goes out of stability and moves towards instability, which can be called entropy in behavior. With the appearance of entropy in the behavior of employees, it becomes difficult for managers to control their behavior and the possibility of any behavioral problems in the organization is obvious. Understanding the underlying causes of these behaviors can help prevent problems within organizations. This study is focused on developing a model to reduce employee behavioral entropy within the justice administration system. The research is qualitative in nature, with a statistical population consisting of experts with relevant experience in the field. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling. Qualitative data was collected through interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis. The results of the analysis identified background factors (economic, legal, social, political, and technological), behavioral factors (personality, professional ethics, job passion, impression management, and job satisfaction), and structural factors (structural and process, leadership, work rules and regulations, cultural and educational) as organizing categories and basic categories in the design of the model, focusing on a three-pronged approach to reducing justice administration employee behavioral entropy.
