Human resource is the most important resources in organization, which influences organizational direction and performance. Organizational citizenship behavior is a desired consequence that managers tend to increase it among human resources. The aim of this study is to investigate effects of job involvement on organizational citizenship behavior with moderating role of organizational identity. The population of study is Iran Insurance Company agencies (representatives) in Mashhad, with 300 agencies. Two-stage cluster sampling method was used with regard to the distribution of agencies in Mashhad. 167 agencies were determined for sampling size using Morgan table. Data collection tool were three questionnaires which their validity confirmed through construct validity and reliability were assessed using Cronbach's alpha. To ensure of returning adequate questionnaires, 170 questionnaires were distributed and 167 questionnaires were returned. Data analysis using structural equation modeling and partial least squares (PLS) was conducted. The results showed that job involvement has significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Also, organizational identity has moderating role in the relationship between job involvement and organizational citizenship behavior. Manuscript profile

The mosque is the most important religious institution in Islam. At the first centuries of Islam in the Islamic community, the mosque as the most prominent institution of Islam has been manifested. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the development of the hardware and software of the mosque as an important and driving tool of growth and excellence, commensurate with the requirements of the time in order to maintain its strategic position in society. The mosque seems to require a structural change in the way it performs its functions effectively in order to adapt to new needs and respond to new needs stemming from new ways of thinking. Understanding this importance, the present study, using data from library sources and the qualitative content analysis method, first extracts new functions that fit the needs of the time in the modern mosque's functions and then with the help of research literature and findings has provided a structure appropriate to these functions. Due to the popular and voluntary nature of the mosque, the proposed structure for the mosque is a kind of adhocracy that has seven working groups in the form of worship-worship, social, cultural-propaganda, economic, scientific-educational, and military-political and support functions. Because green practices are very common in industrial environments and have affected on performance.The present study investigates the effect of green supply chain management measures on performance and competitiveness in Chadormelo iron ore mine. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of analytical method. The statistical population of this study is the managers and organizational experts of Chadormelo Iron Ore Company (317 people), of which 180 people were selected as a sample by simple random sampling method.Data collection tools were a localized questionnaire based on the research of Yang et al. (2013) and Younes et al. (2016).The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the validity criterion and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient.Structural equation modeling and PLS software were used to analyze the data.The test of research hypotheses with the help of structural equation modeling showed that internal measures and external collaborations of green supply chain management are related to green performance and competitiveness of the company.Also, the relationship between both green supply chain management departments and the company's social performance was confirmed.On the other hand, the relationship between competitiveness and corporate social performance was positive and significant.In addition, the mediating role of competitiveness in the relationship between green supply chain management and social performance was only confirmed in terms of internal measures and external participation.Finally, it can be said that internal measures and external partnerships of green supply chain management in Chadormelo Company strengthen the company's social performance.
