The Lack of project knowledge management in projects results in organizational knowledge fragmentation and loss of organizational learning. Due to importance of knowledge management in project based organizations, a knowledge management model with six hierarchical-levels is presented in this article indicating the time line for knowledge management and the extent of knowledge to be captured, acquired and shared. Level zero is equivalent to post-project reviews. Since the potential value of reuse of incident knowledge is declining over time, it is proposed in the second level to manage planning and implementation (execution, control and monitor) knowledge during each project phase respectively, conveying the concept of time value of the knowledge. The third level encompasses ten knowledge management areas in project management. The fourth level shows that the relationship between KM model dimensions and organizational intellectual capital. Knowledge maps role is apparent in fifth level. Finally, an implementation roadmap, including ten steps is presented. Since the proposed roadmap has its root in concepts and features of the proposed KM model, it could facilitate implementation of the KM model in project based organizations and lead to in-time knowledge management, project cost reduction and flourishing organizational learning. The research conducted in a project based organization in private sector, playing an active role in a wide range of services; engineering, procurement, installation, construction and commissioning in oil, gas and petrochemical projects. Regarding the fact that most failures in implementation of knowledge management have roots in unpreparedness of organizations; assessing organizations readiness has not significantly been regarded. Previous studies had a great deal of gaps and limitations. They had just been looking for effective factors on readiness for implementing of knowledge management through case studies more than other subjects; however, an operational and integrated framework has not been among their findings. This research introduces steps for implementing readiness assessment by offering operational framework. Some guidelines are also offered for compensating limitations and filling the gaps found in previous studies. In order to validate the results and the suggested framework we have received opinions of experts and they have been analyzed using appropriate statistical tools. Results of this analysis indicate general agreement and consensus of experts on the authenticity of suggested framework Manuscript profile

Natural Disasters have always been a part of life on our planet. With human society development, urban areas and Metropolises have not been safe from destructive effects and consequences of disasters. In addition to intensity and extent of disasters, vulnerability of societies has remarkable dependence on proper urban infrastructures, strong structures, preventive programs and appropriate preparation in emergency-related organizations. Occurrence of an onset disaster like earthquake, usually leads to secondary damages in urban areas; they happen for an obvious reason and have specific outcomes. Identification of all significant reasons and consequences results in creating a vulnerability map for urban wards which could be a useful basis for preventive programs. On the other side, one of the most effective and efficient approaches to create preparedness and response plan disaster management organizations, is designing a relief chain with proper logistic modules and devoting responsibilities to authorities, based on data achieved from damage estimation studies. Hence, in this paper, a sequential approach is used to apply geographic information system and eliciate experts' knowledge of urban areas so as to create both damage estimation and vulnerability maps; These information. In turn, help designing disaster management cycle, specifically, Preventive, preparedness and response programs for an urban area. In order to create a better perceptive of the proposed approach, Tehran municipality district (1) is used as a real case study and its vulnerability to a hypothetical earthquake is estimated to create disaster management program. In recently years, the importance of environmental and social performances of industries beside their economic performance resulted in formation of a new concept and approach that is named sustainability. In today’s competitive world, different industries to achieve a competitive advantage and maintain their survival, needs to move towards achieving sustainability approach. The main problem is that, the implementation of this approach is simply not possible, and there are several barriers in this way. To deal with this, need to identify and understand the critical success factors. This study aimed to identify and analysis the critical success factors in implementation of sustainable supply chain management in the automotive industry. This paper proposes an interpretive structural modeling (ISM) approach to develop a structural model for evaluating the influential factors among recognized factors. After literature review, the 16 factors based on experts opinions have been selected. In presented research results, the factor of “top management commitment and support” is identified as the most effective and the factor of “Knowledge of competitive advantage” is identified as the most dependent critical success factor. Portfolio is a collection or combination of investments in financial and non-financial assets that may be carried out by an individual or organization. How to select and optimize of portfolio is very important. One of the most important points that should be considered in the proposed approach for portfolio selection, is uncertainty. Because, one of the most important features of financial markets is their uncertainty. Thus, the purpose of this study is to present a bi-objective model for portfolio selection that is capable to be used under uncertainty of financial data and for this purpose, a robust optimization approach has been used. It should be noted that return and conditional value at risk (CVaR) are considered as model objectives, and the constraints of the number of shares and the purchasing volume of each share have been added to the model. Also, due to the complexity of the proposed model, a NSGA-II meta-heuristic algorithm has been used to solve the suggested model of research. Finally, the presented model was solved by using the actual data of 200 stocks of Tehran stock market for the period of 2017 and the results were analyzed. The results indicate the efficiency of the proposed approach portfolio selection according to the investor's preferences and constraints under uncertainty of financial data. Manuscript profile
