Universities are major centers of production and distribution of knowledge, in the current era, knowledge is a key source and is an important asset in organizations. With respect to rapid knowledge production and environmental changes, knowledge acquisition is one of the best ways of matching with these changes for universities. On the other hand, the faculties with more experiences are almost retired; of course, these members have a lot of knowledge along with experiences in various fields of education, research, scientific management and administration management. Acquisition, storing, and distribution of this valuable information are worthy and helpful. This article is a result of a research work to provide a suitable model for the acquisition of knowledge from experiences of faculty members. To accomplish this, in addition to the library research method, field research method is also used in Imam Hussein Comprehensive University. In this paper, knowledge acquisition model of faculties’ experiences is presented with descriptive - survey method and with practical approach. To validate the proposed model, a questionnaire that researcher had designed, distributed between 35 experts of Imam Hussein Comprehensive University. After collecting questionnaires, the software spss calculated Cronbach's alpha equal to 85.1. Then statistical methods used to analyze the data, it has been inferred that the final results indicated that the steps of model are approved Manuscript profile

To assess the reliability are used Cronbach's alpha and SPSS software, Where was obtained; reliability coefficient of performance assessment questionnaire 0/84, Reliability coefficients quality of work life questionnaire 0/88 and Reliability coefficient of training method 0/79. In order to analyze data and determine the relationship between the three variables, we used correlation test and to check whether or not a significant difference was used analysis of variance. This study indicates that "the relationship between quality of work life and performance of staff is significant in level of 0/014 with training staff. The main results of this study indicated an inverse relation between the level of education of employees and their willingness to learn. Manuscript profile

The main purpose of this research was to explore the effect of total quality management’ (TQM) components on the job performance of the employees considering the moderating effect of personal factors in teacher education universities of Iran. This study was conducted using correlational research method. Its statistical population consisted of all the staff employees working in the teacher education universities situated in 32 provinces of Iran (n=2553). Using Kerjesi-Morgan table and random cluster sampling method, a sample of 335 subjects was selected. Data collection was done using four questionnaires including TQM’s questionnaire developed by US Federal Quality Institute, Paterson’s (2000) job performance questionnaire and two self-designed questionnaires on the personal knowledge and skill factors which were checked and confirmed by the respective experts and practitioners in terms of their validity. Estimated using Cronbach’s alpha, the reliability of four questionnaires was found to be 0.97, 0.92, 0.95 and 0.74, respectively. As per the results, there was a statistically significant relationship between the components of customer focus, employee empowerment and teamwork, quality analysis, quality assurance and quality improvement and the job performance with the moderating effect of personal knowledge (P<0.01). Furthermore, considering the skill as the moderator variable, a statistically significant relationship was observed between the top management support and leadership, strategic planning, customer focus, quality assurance and quality improvement and the job performance of the employees in question(P<0.01). ). It is suggested that Teacher Training Universities apply Total Quality Management to improve job performance of their staff, where organizational culture and organizational support play a key role. The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the present status of the knowledge management level of Payame Noor University of Khuzestan province by descriptive and survey research. The statistical population of this study is all faculty members of Payame Noor University of Khuzestan who have 171 people. The same number is selected as a statistical sample. The data gathering tool was a researcher-made knowledge management questionnaire based on the Unica and Tike Uchihi model, whose validity was confirmed using statutory guidance and counselor's opinion, and its reliability was obtained by Cronbach's alpha, with a figure of 0.88 the internal consistency of the questionnaires was internal. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics such as mean and standard deviation, as well as inferential statistics methods, were used to examine the existing status of knowledge management levels. The findings of this study showed that Knowledge Management in the field of hidden knowledge, knowledge outsourcing process, synthesis process, internalization process, collective hidden knowledge of knowledge socialization level, Knowledge socialization process in higher than average condition in Payame Noor University of Khuzestan province. And the significance level obtained also confirms the researcher's hypotheses about the existence of knowledge management levels mentioned in Payame Noor University of Khuzestan. Ultimately, the only obvious individual's knowledge of the university was below average. Also, the apparent collective knowledge that comes from the collection of knowledge synthesis process is also relatively weak. The results of this study showed that of the four levels of knowledge of the model in the studied university, according to the obtained points, the three levels of internal and external knowledge transfer are in a desirable situation, and only the level of knowledge of the combination is in a relatively weak position It needs to pay more attention to this level of knowledge, meaning that the university has not performed at this level and offers the necessary proposals at the end. Universities and academic canters can achieve their goals by managing knowledge based on open innovation approach. This research is going to design a Knowledge Management (KM) model based on open innovation. The research uses qualitative methodology to generate the model. According to literature review and semi-structured interviews with 14 experts, technology, process and structure, culture, human capital and work are the important dimensions of the model. Also we found 12 components and 44 indicators for the 4 dimensions of the model. Finally, the model validation process was done by a questionnaire distributed among 56 KM and OI experts. The lean approach seeks to eliminate non-value-added activities and knowledge management to create and apply useable and accessible knowledge for value creation. Therefore, knowledge management is predicted to have a significant impact on the leanness of an organization. On the other hand, despite the fact that the service sector has become a major resource in the economies of the countries, there is little research on how to implement a lean approach in this sector. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of knowledge management on lean service. For this purpose, the dimensions of lean service were first extracted using the grounded theory. In the following, a questionnaire was designed to measure the maturity level of organizations’ knowledge management. Then, structural equation modeling was performed to illustrate the impact of knowledge management on lean service of Payam Noor Universities by using Smart PLS 2 software. The statistical population of this study is all employees, professors, managers and assistants of Payam Noor Universities. Using sample random sampling, 200 questionnaires were distributed to the statistical population, 157 of which were completed and analyzed. After making sure that the measurement and structural models of the research are acceptable, the results suggest that KM plays an important role in improving the lean of Payam Noor Universities. In the field of knowledge management, factors such as knowledge management leadership, organization’s processes, people and knowledge managements’ outcomes have greatest impact on lean service at Payam Noor University. Therefore, managers of Payam Noor University can improve the maturity level of the knowledge management of the organization and then improve the lean status of their organization by focusing on these factors. By applying this model, service managers, especially university managers, can provide an appropriate platform for their use in managing these organizations through the link between knowledge management and lean.
